    5 minutes per side for about a 1.5-2inch thickness cut of meat for a nice medium rare. That's how I do all my rib eyes.

    I marinaded it. Turned out pretty good. I'm no grill expert. Somehow I was able to hold in a good amount of moisture.

    You'll run out eventually and need to get new seasoning. I recommend this for when you do.

    You can still taste the steak. It just gives it a nice little extra touch to it. Trust me, I hate over seasoned/marinaded meats, it ruins the whole thing.
