Well this is the eBay bumper thread, so I'd say that they're the eBay bumpers. Links are on the first page.

Took the leap on a front for my 13 Tacoma. Super impressed on different levels. All the bolt holes are oblonged (not sure if that's something new) which made lining it up a snap. Made a small v notch for the ac line (maybe 1.5"W x1"D). Added 3 or 4 washers behind to give a tad more clearance (pushing it out, not down, although Im not 100% sure the spacers are necessary with the oblonged holes). I have it sitting out away from the body about 1.5" and down about 1/4". May not look like it in the photos but there's plenty of room for flex.
So Im super stoked with the build quality, strength, powder coating and fit. On top of that, I do some fabrication and it would be tough to build a bumper for this price especially if you factor in time and labor.
    With that said:
Even though the thing was packaged fairly well, ie: wrapped in tons of foam padding and cardboard, Fedex managed to drop it hard and from high, and bent the hoop. Sent the company a message via ebay and got a quick response. They immediately wanted to make it right. We agreed on a partial refund and touch up paint. Ill take care of the rest.
My opinion is it's an awesome bumper, cumbersome to install, but fits well, and customer service is top notch. Bummed about the dent, but sometimes that's life.
The last thing I'd like to add is it is very cumbersome to install. We used a transmission jack and two people. Without the jack it would have been a pita. The jack will tilt any way needed making it pretty simple to line up.
If you're on the fence, take the leap, I think you'll be glad you did
