    No doubt , and at least it was fired not resigned or retired . But there was a lot more folks involved in the whole screwed up deal . Hell his Chief played the I did not know but will investigate card, stated he did not know anything about it till the news ran the video.. Not sure who he thinks he is lying to but if you receive a FOIA letter from and attorney requesting video from an incident . Common sense should have told him to start asking questions and review the video before it was released. I know for where I work umm any video of any incident would have been reviewed by IA and Departmental Attorneys long before the FOIA request was honored.
