I'm not just feeling this. And before anyone takes that the wrong way, I'm not saying we won't lose, I just think this team is so much better coached that it feels different. I want to make the comparison to the Falcons last year but we all know they let us down on the biggest stage possible.

When we lost the de facto national championship game? Yes. 2012.

I guess it depends on everyone's definition of "Georgia it". For me it's not about losing that game, it's about losing games we shouldn't. Now if we come out from the cocktail party with an L then yes, we Georgia that one. But if we go to the SECCG or even a playoff game and lose imo that's not Georgia it, just that we were beat by a better team.

I was there, wearing a Georgia shirt, screaming my was off, and nearly cried at the end lol. Kidding about the crying but it hurt. Was cool to see an sec cg. So much sec diversity at those games no matter who the matchup is

Was there as well. And felt like I could have cried. Still the best game I’ve ever seen, even though we lost.

Definitely one of my favorite games I've ever watched. Regardless, the winner of that game would have and did destroy an under matched Notre Dame team.

only because ND's star defensive player had his imaginary girl friend abducted or something and he was under psychological distress unfathomable to most human beings

:amen: ...y'all remember all the ND hype from ESPN & the out-dated game day crew!?! They (ND) never will be what the voters used to prop-them-up-to-be....ND still has crimson under the painted helmets from that game. Give the ole boy:anonymous: a break , that whole publicity stunt backfired on espeen.

I remember the SEC guys talking about how the SEC was the greatest conference and it would never change. You may be able to find a quote that disputes this, but I was always of the opinion that the SEC was the dominant conference at the time, but things always change and conference strengths/weaknesses come and go. It was fun while it lasted, and while I think the best of the SEC can play w/ anybody in the country, the SEC as a whole isn't nearly as dominant as it was.

I don't see a loss on your schedule (until the SECC, of course ;)). Playing at auburn is the toughest test, of course, but I ain't skeered for you.

Didn't let ALL of us down. That was a great game.

I'm so not thrilled with Clemson's D on the first Syracuse drive...they just did whatever they wanted and marched right down the field

    Me either

But 3 plays for a TD is nice. Especially since he was untouched.

True...It did make me giggle a little that happened as the announcer was sitting there discussing how Syracuse planned to stop the run
