Before and after. 17x7 Charger wheels. 245/75/17 BFG rugged trails. Cheap eBay lift. I really wish it had more rake. I guess I will need a shackle flip to get it to sit how I want. Either that, or have the leaf springs re-arched.

That may be true, but because I feel that it accelerates decently to my driving standards, (which includes many uphill gradients) I don't believe it needs to be regeared.

    Is yours a manual transmission?

A 30" tire equals a 11% reduction in torque multiplication. Mine is a 17% difference and she struggles. (Automatic)

My just-replaced 225/75R16's came in at 29.3", with the manual transmission 3.31 gearing. For myself, that was the upper threshold of tolerable. My driving style, however, isn't what one would call 'sedate'. There was definitely room for improvement at that tire size .. even given the uncorrected higher overdrive in 5th.

Yes, I agree it is the upper threshold of tolerable. I don't do much highway driving. Mostly around the town which includes many hills. Also I have the auto :(

Thanks I appreciate it, right now it has a 1.5" BL that's probably going to get swapped out for a 2" after the 30s go on.
