    Per the Kodiak website:

Floor Material: 16 oz vinyl. Polyester reinforced, seamless.

It's a very heavy duty floor. This tent is like a small apartment when setup.

About 15 minutes. It's pretty quick to unroll. Stake out the 4 corners. The connect the steel poles. There is a steel cross pole that holds out the roof. Then steel poles on each side that you insert onto feet on the roof pole, then insert a peg from the floor of the tent to hold that pole in place. Two more poles for the front awning - insert them into the awning eyelets and stake out with the included rope and pegs, and you're done. A small apartment in the woods. The full size doors and head room are pretty awesome. The gear loft and hanging accessory pouches are awesome too.

Another cool feature of this tent is that it rolls up into an open duffle-style piece. You fold the tent in half a few times, then roll onto the strap-and-cinch storage bag. The bag folds over the tent from the sides, then across and cinches tight with buckles. The poles have their own bag, and the 12-inch steel tent pegs have their own bag.
