I think that's normal.. at least that's how it was for me. But then when you see it's actually in transit, mine was shipped USPS 2-Day Priority.

I think the biggest thing with this tune (and future tunes) will be staying power. Initially, as many of us have mentioned, the tune is great but it definitely takes a hit over time for whatever reason. I had 1.01b and am currently on 1.02 and to be honest it feels close to stock (no tune) at this point. Yes it's buttery smooth but it's also sluggish as all hell. I'm contemplating loading this latest version of the tune and instead maybe waiting for a dedicated MT tune. I would love to see the difference on the dyno from when a tune is first loaded compared to 1,500 miles later.

damn... how many miles on the tune? That would be a major issue if
in a couple months it starts feeling just like stock again. I have no real complaints
with the shifting, just looking for some more power.

when you say 1.02 are you talking about 1.02c? The biggest issue with the AT is the shift points and they were not address in any other version than 1.02c.

what ECU version do you have? 04B1x?

on 04B12, since the beginning, no weird "learning" change or loss or anything like you describe. some others have reported your issue as well as you probably know. wondering if it's all about the ECU version.

I experienced a degradation on 1.02b as well over time, but 1.01b seemed to get a bit better with time - just the shifting would slowly degrade. Now on about 150 miles on 1.02C-A running 93 and it seems to be smoothing out in 1st and is the smoothest the truck has felt throughout the power band thus far. Time will tell...

3 inches, Ray10s, 34s, OVTuning, and driver mod for now.
Tuned my 6mt with 1.02C just now and put it through a few paces. Not many miles yet but I can already appreciate a few minor improvements and still pulls hard if not harder than, 1.02B.
