40* is the recclmeended top end of refrigerator setting by FDA to combat bactrial growth. This is a general good rule of thumb, won't deny that, but it's general for all areas and doesn't account for variation in other factors that increase or decrease bactrial growths.

44* is stil below the growth temp range for e.coli and many others. And botulism is at 34* so we are all screwed anyway. ;)

But the warning is surly noted.

I assume you got bought your second tag? Residents can buy leftover non-res tags right.

OTC basically yes...you can buy an extra tag out of state for $301 and if you put in for a draw tag and get picked you could possibly get one. But I didnt put in for one. I may buy an extra one if I dont get an elk.

Washington is one tag. You don't want to know what I pay for a Idaho non-res tag. Although non-res tags are probably expensive for any state I'm guessing.

I get one free dear tag, either sex, per season in MN; my choice of archery, fire arm, or ML. I also get automatic selection for lottery tags/permits for any species.... And I pay resident fees in WI as a non resident.

    Because I am a unique snowflake. :)

NV 1and lottery based. If you put in for a doe you're pretty much guaranteed to get it though. If you get an elk tag and fill it, its another 7 years before you can put in again for it (I think they want to change it to 10).

    weathertech, seat covers, scratches
1 state over in WV we can kill 3 with a bow, 3 antlerless, 2 during rifle season, 2 muzzleloader
Only 3 of which can be antlered bucks
And then there's the youth day, disabled hunts, urban archery, and special hunts on state lands
Provided you buy the extra tags of course lol
My family eats a lot of deer meat :)

    ^^^ this

Rifle is good... at least on the superior shore where I hunt.

MN, pretty much anything south of I-94 is ML, shotgun, or handgun only, no rifle.

My quick google-fu shows they used to have shotgun only, but restrictions were lifted in 2013.

I stopped hunting there when my parents sold the house in CA and bought a place here in MN. Now I hunt a nice wooded 670acres. :)
