It is the global version, which includes North America.

There are several threads on TW that explain how to install it without requiring registration or subscription.

Anyone know if you can adjust the start up volume for audio with carista?

Was looking through all the settings on the unit can't find anything and I don't like having it where the second I start the truck it goes back to the volume I was at when I turned it off.

You can buy the legacy license within the app. I think it's a one-time $20 purchase instead of a subscription.

That's good info. Carista lacks only TPMS and if that does it, then it's a great option. It requires a PC, yes?

guess I'll need to remember to lower my audio before turning off the truck.

I didn't have my adaptor with me so couldn't check.
    Thanks for checking though.

It was and may still be in the Debug menu. I already have it so I can't confirm.

Thanks a ton. I was doubting it a little bit because their site said the Taco was not supported. Customized to the way it want it.

    Thanks again!

Carista is free for one week if you pick the $40 option. You just have to remember to unsubscribe!

Customized everything I wanted in about 10min.

Yes it does. I actually just used it today with my BT OBDII adapter today! lol

When you startup Carista, it asks where it should look for the OBDII: WiFi, BT, etc

EDIT: not sure if you are talking about the other software...but I have no experience with that one.

Thanks, but yeah, I was asking about TS and BT OBD.

Carista was excellent with the BT adapter. I just need to remember to cancel the subscription.

It is excellent to be able to customize that much at home.
