Gas evaporates quick, it drips all the time on my flare. It won't puddle.
That's probably the issue. I would just repaint it, it's old. As is mine, they are a greyish black.

I put about 27k on them before I took them off, so they have a few miles left in them. They seem to get down to a point and then just stop wearing - kinda weird.

Installed my rear Icon 2.0s w/resis last night, easy as bolt off/bolt on. Didn't even have to drop the spare (but probably could have gotten it done more quickly if I had).

Noticed that I have a leaking rear axle seal while under my truck though, so that part sucked. Have an appt with the stealer on Monday. Excited to try out the King/Icon setup on the trails tomorrow.

Ouch, dealer's gonna be expensive to do the axle seal. There's a good thread on doing it yourself, minus pressing the bearing and retainers on/off if you're capable of doing the disassembly.

Thanks, I'll give that a look. I've fortunately got a 60k warranty on my truck when I bought it from Toyota last year, and I'm close to the end of the warranty but I'm going to see if they'll cover it. They covered my LBJ's when I needed them replaced last year so I'm hoping this will be as well

Nice, in that case dump some gear oil on the other side and make them do both.

    Bow, cross bow or gun?

I’ve been thinking about buying a cross bow lately.
