I have your chair, Jerry's Icon spanner wrench, someone else's lug lock socket, and Cody's CVT annex and accessories!

In other news, my offer for 10K over asking was NOT accepted. they took one for 20K ofer, and told me if it doesn't appraise high enough, they will get back to me. Rather than wait, I put in an offer on another property. BIGGER, MUCH bigger yard, and inground pool. I'll need about 20 tons of landscape rock, maybe another 2 car garage, and some updates inside.... but we'll see.

Seems I'm shopping for a new 2 car garage for my new place! I wonder if I could find a descent used lift and AC unit... Hell, I'll need to check on plumbing and electrical as well!

It's funny, been using the Ultimate Ears MegaBoom, via bluetooth, to listen to tv and movies since the receiver went out. Once again, we are extremely impressed with this speaker. I think we will not be buying a new receiver this time. Instead I am just going to get a cheap sound bar from Costco. My parents have bought two recently and the sound is decent enough for me.

I have noticed some of the newer tvs are coming with sound bars. So, when I do buy a new tv for the living, maybe next year, I don't want to much invested in the old one.

    Beastly. Are those Delta joints?

Edit: Just blew up the pic and I can see Delta written on the UCA. Interested in your impressions of the delta joint once you've had a chance to put them through some paces.

I'd walk away from Onkyo receiers. They are buggy as fuck. Great sound, but needing a lot of firmware updates that never help, issues with streaming services, horrible customer support. I have to unplug mine a a handful of times a year because it just won't turn on or no audio will come out. I WAS a huge fan of Onkyo. The last two receivers I got were shit and I they were not entry level receivers.

@Daria My coffee mugs have a very particular theme.

Don't go too cheap on the soundbar. Some of those cheaper ones have no depth of sound at all. Reminds me of an 80's boombox.

I have this at my cabin, didn't want to spend a lot of money on it and it had 'decent' sound. There are lots of times you'll need to adjust for vocals in movies that are distrusting 5.1 (or more channels) unless you have something changing the sound to 2.1 audio. I got mine on sale for $120 and for that price it's worth it. I also have an LG tv and it integrates with it very nicely.

    http://www.lg.com/us/home-audio/lg-SH3K-sound-bar

If you are big into movies then you'll want to get something with wireless rear speakers so you can have the rear sound. You'll want to search for a soundbar that can do 5.1.2 or 5.1.4 setup. (5 front speakers,1 sub, 2 rear speakers or 4 rear speakers).

Samsung makes some nice ones, they are a bit pricey but have awesome sound.

Just an FYI for any TW peeps up in Desert Hills / Cave Creek. I stopped by the local Firestone on Carefree Hwy today to inquire about their lifetime alignment service. Guy at the counter asked right off the bat if the truck was lifted (not yet but it's coming) and said they won't touch lifted vehicles.

Kinda sucks to buy a lifetime alignment at Firestone and apparently not all Firestone centers will honor it.

Just call around, most will tell you if they will align a lifted truck. They may assume you have a monster truck and say no. I specifically tell them I have a Tacoma with 2-3” lift and haven’t been turned away yet. I bought my lifetime alignment through a friend of a friend and easily found a store that would align to the specs I requested. I just had to sign something saying I wanted something other than factory spec.

The Goodyear Firestone had no issues.
