    at least they get a year!

    Where I work, if you don't make your production or quality numbers for one pay period (two weeks), you have the next two pay periods to get back on track. If not, you are on your ass.

    Couple this with new performance standards starting in June, new rating and reviewing system starting in July, and the fact that the actual items which are counted for our production have been changing as they figure it all out.

    Needless to say. Who hasn't been let go, is actively seeking new employment.
