I just ran Caribou to Eldora over the weekend:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...aco-build-thread.356319/page-13#post-16226179

X2. There are some 12+ inch boulders to navigate on the way down to Eldora, and it's narrow, but not too bad and relatively flat. I thought the worst part was the muddy section in the beginning by rainbow lakes honestly due to approach angles.

Wishbone, you've got a sweet picture of Pearl Pass in your sig - do you have a trip report up for that? If not, how was the run all the way through? I've ATV'd from CB up to the summit, but never ran it all the way through to Aspen. Pretty doable in your truck?

I have run it quite a few times now, here are some pics from this years run:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/colorado-trip-reports.250254/page-173#post-16009653

And the original story/saga from my adventures on Pearl here:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...uest-for-fall-foliage-and-high-passes.296837/

But yes, very doable once the snow melts, I wouldn't recommend it for stock trucks though, a few gnarly spots.

Did a spooky night run tonight with a rising suns friend told me about it! Was fun. We ran some mining forest roads up by Idaho springs. Only took a couple pictures with my phone we whe stopped.

Pretty sure you all had dinner at the park next to the visitor center. I drove by a couple of times in my white 2nd gen Tacoma. I was on a mission to get a furnace working, so I didn't stop.
