    I know this is an old thread but I am having the same issue with the upper section of the steering knuckle making contact with my OME 883 coils on RCD/Bilstein D558's. I thought I read somewhere the new uca's helps move the knuckle farther away from the coil.

    You'll usually eliminate this problem with aftermarket uca's - usually it's the inside of the uca contacting the coils at full / near full droop. Either way I think aftermarket uca's are in your future unless you want to lower your lift an inch or so.

    This is my left stock uca/knuckle when turned all the way to the left at full droop (tire off the ground). Right is probably the same. WTH!
