Yeah that would be great. I want to start with point A before moving to B and C. If A is good to go, I'll rebuild the u-joints.

Also, not to be a bearer of bad news. It could be a wheel bearing...

Oh I asked Monte to see what his DC tacoma TC flange angle was at with the frame level. Yes my truck will be different because of wheel size and preload on springs and rear set up. But none of that matters if we are going off of the frame. The only thing that can change that is the mount between the transfer case and the transfer case frame mount. Mine is still a stock mount. So hopefully Monte has the stock mount too.

Yes the truck was in park. I'll go check it now like you said. I'll get back to ya. Thanks.

That's good news. At first I was thinking it was my torque converter. Then Brian told me it sounds like a drive line problem. So it being a wheel bearing just makes me buy spare spindles and brearings which was on my list. All the way in the bottom of course :p Thanks I'll keep that in mind to check after this other stuff.

Cutting right on the inside on the u joint it self. Then once I have the joint apart punch out the cap sides.

Yeah but now I'm thinking I'm screwed anyways. If I do that the ears that hold the ends of the u joints will brake. Ummm I need a press. Time to get on colorado bs page and ask around.
