He tried to get the Taco across the border, but it failed vehicle inspection. Something about it cutting left.

 

If it cut left...he may still be in Washington State on the left side of the Hwy...!! Or, if it happened after crossing...He Might have to go thru the "entry" portion of the border to get back in to the US.. hehe

He can't go anywhere until he fixes that thing... !!
