Curt dual adapter. Great add-on to run two hitch accessories or one accessory and still be able to tow a trailer. Can be used to raise your load up higher and increase rear approach for off-roading. It can also be flipped to lower your hitch receiver location if you are lifted and need to tow a standard height trailer. I am also including a HF 10,000lb D-ring shackle. $55 shipped

I can't leave anything well enough alone
I'm interested. No good way to tell for sure, but I am thinking there may be some interference with this hitch and my CBI high clearance bumper. Where this adapter goes from male to female may be too close to the receiver pin - the female tubing would hit the bottom plate of the bumper before sliding in far enough. But I would give it a try for $40, shipped. Or we could try trading PM's/Txt to try and measure back and forth and see if we can gain confidence before I buy.... I am in Phx, AZ so shouldn't be too crazy to ship. Let me know if that works for you?

    Thanks,
    Travis

If your not sure drive down to your local harbor freight and try them out, they stock both of these items.

I'm not sure how much further the CBI sticks out than the stock bumper but you may be correct. I no longer own my 4runner so I'm not sure what help I can provide other than measurements of the adapter itself. Let's take this to PM to discuss.

This is also an idea that may work. My only thought is that the HF may differ a bit from the Curt adapter but it may get your close to knowing if it would work for you
