I think I’d get along with many TW members much better in person.

I had a FB page about 8-10 years ago, but realized how much I hate it and some whore replicated my account to get me into some shit. She was a “good Christian” yet still ended up doing very evil things to me and my family.

Yea never had a Facebook. My family always tried to make me get one because I was a Marine an I live far away. But there's no way in hell I would have one. TW is more then enough for me. I've seen to many people get in trouble from Facebook. Like my friends ex girlfriend stalked him and tried to say he kidnapped and raped her and almost broke up his family.

I've been on the Internet since Netscape was the browser of choice. I've always preferred the layout and community most forums have. A common interest that brings us together.

Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc is all about how many random people can follow all of your crap that no one really cares about.

 

Wife is on it, I never will be. It's like a freaking soap opera addiction or crack to her. All I see are the same old people with the forced smile and glass of wine or beer having the alleged times of their life, internet tough guys and gals, political opinions causing unfriending from people you don't really give a crap about in real life anyway, or teenage angst wondering how they are going to get through another day of their tough well fed, well clothed lives while living under ma and pa's roof, all the while
taking Kardashian selfies. It's pitiful.

 

Most people don't understand the difference between acquaintance and friend.

All social media, including TW, only contains as much drama and BS as you let in. Simple as that.

If you're scared of people taking your info and using your "clicks", then you really shouldn't be on the Internet or your phone at all.
