Spending tonight at home for the first time in 6 days, definitely bittersweet.

Anybody in the area need a hot shower or some food, place to sleep, tools, whatever. I’m officially home and open.

 

How much does that big nugget weigh? Ones that size are pretty rare, right?

 

It's only a 5.8 ounces. Not as rare as one might think. I've been with others that found multiple nuggets around the same size. I think I was just lucky that day. It sounded like an old ox shoe. Reverse and low and faint. Oops I just gave away the sounds.

 

Today was what i call a unicorn day....
I spent time with my grandson i just finally got to see for the first time, had a great day in SF, with great parking (which normally i dont like SF at all, and never find good parking), then i met Warriors coach Steve Kerr outside with my son eating ice cream- hella random....and then an hour later fed raccoons atomic fireballs out of my hand at Treasure Island.
And a patch came in the mail. Lol
Im callin' that a win. Life's good sometimes

 

Just got back from dropping 700lbs of supplys in redwood valley. A place called red dog ranch. Hauled it up for rocket dog rescue. Poor truck was damn near on the bumpstop. I can't believe the way santa rosa looks..

I'm going to be super close to bump stops starting in the morning lol. Picking up and loading the uhaul trailer for the move. I'm already sagging eith and empty truck bed #calibrolean

On our way home we passed a company out of SF called SF Love Tours. They drive vintage VW buses painted in tie dye. They were absolutely loaded to the ceilings, full length, with diapers and baby wipes. Drivers had smoke masks on and stared hard forward like they were on a mission. Really tugged our heartstrings in the ride into Santa Rosa.

The amount of support and community coming together in aid and spirit is overwhelming. Thanks to all.
