Made sumthin' to hold a spare light bar on my front receiver. It plugs into a waterproof connector above the receiver...switch in the cab. I wanted something removable so I used a spare hitch and lost the ball...bolted my light to that. This way I can run my little plow after a quick accessory swap.

Derped my toe into the world of derp by derping the toyota emblem only. We'll see where it goes from here.

Installed the bed rail that goes just under the window. I'll be finishing up my LED bed light install in the next week probably. Ill definitely include pictures then.

Simple install. Remove bolts. Place rail. Replace bolts.

Also, looking to buy a diamondback tonneau cover. Don't think I can wait until the next group buy. Heading up to Boone, NC for New Year's.

@JerryTaco. Thanks man. Figured the CMC was coming. Totally agree with you on the tire size. Looks awesome! I'll keep you all posted. Worked on the truck all day today.

Beneficial from not throwing dirt, mud, rocks etc up on the painted part of the truck.

Did a video with my daughter, Joanna (today's her 1st birthday). My clutch is creaking like a old wood floor!

I did this video so I can gather a poll/survey on how many owners are having this issue. Trying to build up a case in case Toyota Service says they can't replicate the issue.

Nice touch! Where did you find the stereo knobs? I’ve looked at the hondos but like the look on yours much better.

They are actually silicone wedding rings. Size 14 (to big by a tad) should order 13 they will fit better. Mine bounce off when off road. you can get any color you like.

Has anyone bought and installed the “Tacoma Raptor Style” decals yet ? I would love to see some pics. Hoping to see it on a white Tacoma ...

Yeah I don't see how that could be the case now with synthetic oil (0W-20) either. My last free oil change is coming up in a couple weeks then I'll buy Pennzoil 0W-20 and take with me to the service department for the oil changes I have to pay for. Have not decided for sure if I'll use the Pennzoil oil filter... probably just buy a Toyota filter off Ebay.

Never heard of anyone bringing their own oil/filter to the service dept. Interesting. Do they just charge for labor at that point?

I bring my own material to Sears and they charge like 10-20 for labor for my other car. I haven't done an oil change myself on the Tacoma yet and converting I can slide right under it will probably do it myself after Toyota care.

The channels run fore to aft so there is not a lot of wind noise. No whistling but all that’s up there right now is the awning. It’s pretty quiet but you will know that something is up there.
