i bought the truck with 50k miles, I'm at 91 now and I've gone through 3 sets of tires. Had my truck aligned at sears, I'm currently doing the energy bushings on the rack and pinion. Truck jumps and pulls all over the road on bumps or any turn over 25mph. I've checked the intermediate steering shaft, tried the zip tie trick and still cannot figure this out. I'm hoping the bushings fix my issue but any input would be appreciated

Seems to eat them worse on the passenger side. Tires were new 4K miles ago

Yeah I love the truck it's just starting to cost more then it's worth. I bought a Toyota trying to avoid a money pit and it is turning into one

I had this issue and chased it with many parts on my 4runner. Mine was due to bad lca bushings. Bad ball joints and hub bearings can cause this. I would have it fully diagnosed by a good Toyota mechanic if you can't do it yourself.

Have you had the front end professionally inspected? There are many things that can cause irregular tire wear. Play in upper ball joints, lower ball joints, wheel bearings, inner tie rods, outer tie rods, control arm bushings, etc. if you're unsure on how to diagnose these issues I'd suggest having a good shop take a look at it.

I can't find the sheet it's been floated around I know the cast was off but everything else checked out. My uca and lca bushings look good.
