Here it looks like its touching your shin

And here looks like your legs went back as they straightened out and stayed in the fixed position and the bar keeps going up vertical creating a gap?? But it could be the angle.

Pulled 335 for a 20lb PR today.

 

I have said it before but I love my instant pot. Meal prepped (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for a week in a little over an hour. Shredded chicken, quinoa and broccoli/Brussels sprouts for lunch/dinner. I just add some different seasonings to change the taste before reheating it. Boiled eggs and steel cut outs for mornings. I have a few ribeyes on stand-by to mix things up when I get bored.

 

Probably shaking like a leaf on a tree, knees all bent in, and possibly a little shart to top it off

I pulled that last night too! I did a set of 3x315 because that was my old PR when that went up easy I decided to go to 335 and I got that up too! It feels good. Shredded my calluses too.

 

I got 315x2 two weeks ago and that was my latest PR so today I pulled 315 for an easy single then was just gonna shoot for 325 as a PR when I remembered that Momma didn't raise no bitch so I replaced the 5's with 10's.

Dude yes, I'm out on the road 3-4 days a week, so I try and hit it hard on the days I'm home. Although depending on where I go, I usually find a hotel that is either near a gym so I can get a day pass or too or a hotel that partners with a gym so I can go for free. So I can usually get a a few good days in. I try to go at least 5-6 times a week just because I know it's easy to get lazy and 1 day turns into 2, then 3, etc.

I won't be in a good hotel this week but I'll try and work on cardio, and high reps with the dumbbells. They usually only go up to 50lbs. I did get a few heavy days in this past week so I'm ok taking it easy then hitting it hard again Fri-sun.
