I just finished your design. In order to preserve Toyota emblem's aspect ratio (relation between length and height) the size would be 6" by 3.8". You can see the both in Metallic Silver Grey here.

It's been a real pleasure having Amirak's input & help in putting together a few ideas. I like the tailgate letters I've seen on a few trucks in these pages, but wanted something a little different. End result is these. Red border on a matte black letter. The truck will be MGM. Also had the idea of leaving the last 2 letters just in matte black, so you'd mostly see "TACO". Last extra idea was to add: "world.com" behind TACOMA on the tailgate to show you're in the TW family. And lastly the LA edition decal too. Again, it started as an idea in my head, and Amirak helped bring it to this. The 2 tone option is now offered on their site. So let's see some colorful combos out there.

 

Would it be possible (if BrickChaser doesnt mind) to do just TRD letters with the two strips? The stripes could be one grey and one red, and the letters in matte Black. Would be interested in the lettering for the hood like the example but without the large black portion to cover the entire hood. Lettering and stripes only.
