That one is gonna stand out for a long time. Legit technical recovery. And we had everything necessary to make it quick and easy.

Now that I think about it, that was almost the perfect snow run. Everyone showed up on time and prepared. We all knew our limits. And it was challenging AF.

Totally agree. And the snow was amazing. When we went up last week it was the first time I could actually take a second and look down there... fuck that would have been bad.

Same thought when I went up there this spring. It looks so different, but then I saw the two trees we tied to, knew it was the same place, and then looked down hill. This is why we wheel with friends.

I was ok either way, but Andrew was definitely not. He rolled and totaled his last JK in the snow on a sidehill, so I get it.

It's not fun if it's easy, or if everybody can do it.No matter how careful you are, if you push the limits you will exceed them. Fact of life.

Hit up Stampede and got into about a foot of snow at the deepest part. Snow wasn't really good but so impressed with these Nitto tires.. they hooked up really well in that icy snow and I hardly aired down (because I forgot my deflator )

Had to stop here. Got too skinny and slightly off camber. Didn't want to chance it in that crap snow

Yeah.. I forgot that I hadn't put my deflator in the cruiser yet so I used my inflator to deflate... took too long so only went to 15-20psi. Yet the Nitto's grabbed like my 35" MTR's aired down to 5psi in fresh snow.

Loving the scenery, snow, pup and the 80!

You DD it? I used to get pulled over every 15 minutes in my old rig on 35's for no mud flaps.

But that was a Jeep, so the LC obviously exudes a more commanding panache

Sometimes I drive it to school but most of the time I drive my volvo sedan. And no thats never happened thankfully.. Snoho cops don't care, other than that I usually take backroads or just cruise down 405 to 90 which is pretty quick. I think that as long as Im not excessively speeding or driving erratically then I hope to be okay.
