Not my thing either but jealous to spend that much on my truck. I’ll wait to spend mine on the SC due out in March!

Cool to see everyone customize their truck to their likings!

I don't know Jay, it's like how you told me while at K-mart of how cops will stop you at first glance no matter what you do. You should print t-shirt saying, "i just look guilty, just passing through'.

I thught about doing this also. Where did you get your rail and how much was it if you don't mind me asking. I have also thought of just removing the bolts and install smaller d-rings there and eliminate the rail all together.
    Thanks

Bought this on camelback toyota website. $33.43 easiest install ever and only took 10 min. You use the existing screws and you'll need a torx bit to install though. I live in Phoenix so I picked it up will call. I think they do free shipping but you have to spend >$150

This WAS the last group buy. Now closed. Looks like they started in May and shipped in July.

Be very careful when you remove those torx screws. I did this about a yr ago, and stripped one of those torx screws because I used the torx bit on my drill, and well... long story short, I had to buy special tools, and specialized nuts, and enlist help from friends, and had to improvise an impact drill to remove it. You may already know how, but I was learning making mistakes. Loosen the torx nut slowly but firmly using a rachet and the right bit, and then remove the rest of the way however you like. Finally got it out, and installed the thing, which I never ever use. Sometimes I wonder why did I even bother to add it. Hopefully one day.

I just installed my rail the other day too. Definitely need the right size. If too small, it will strip the head. I used a ratcheting screwdriver with no complications.

Do you know if those are bushwhacker flares. I’m trying to decide to paint my body color or black.

Not sure if they are Bushwackers as they came with this package. Just has them as color keyed fender flares with rivets

Okay. To me they look a little smaller. But, I’m looking at pictures. Cool thanks. I like the black look on my off road. I put the bushwhacker up to my truck and they look so overwhelming. I thought of getting them painted. Maybe look better. I have aftermarket wheels and they stick out a little. With my OCD. I need to fix that.

We don’t have that package up here in Michigan. That’s a cool looking truck though

I knew I held out on buying one of those for a reason. Will these be available to the general public?
