    The competition is fairly weak across the board this year. Definitely a lot better entries last year for all gens

    Damn I didn't even see the thread for calendar submissions this year....although last year it was pretty discouraging for 1st gen owners if you weren't running a $20k SAS setup (maybe not that much but still)

    Maybe contact RST (Rock Solid Toys). They are local and do some pretty extensive transfer case work on 4runner's and Tacoma's.

    Maybe they would be able to fix your transfer case and/or offer some advice on what to do.

    Can you take the actuator off and manually move the rod that shifts the transfer case? Similar to what can be done on a Tacoma transfer case?
