    If anyone wants help on getting your $$$ back let me know. I filed a complaint with the I3C, but that didn't really seem to do anything honestly - I couldn't contact them to get any updates, and I'm not even sure they did anything. I felt better filing it, but like I said I don't know what exactly they did, if anything.

    Local authorities will probably have more power, so contact them. I can dig up their numbers, should only be a few pages back. Good luck all.

    Yup- Got mine with all the parts in a reasonable amount of time (considering the amount of rails he was trying to produce.) Pleased with the workmanship and they have held up to some bounces/bumps and door dings.
    Still wouldn't recommend them to anyone else- because of the fiasco that the whole GB turned into...
