Thanks, was hoping that was the case. Was going to make it work one way or the other but this makes it even better.

Do you have a source for these that you could share. Seems like a really good idea!

Wow! I thought I was particular. My wife says it's one of the curses of being a life long machinist. Always thought the rule of thumb to be "if you have to take a grinder to it then it's probably not a weld to be proud of!"
Looks pretty sweet to me. One has to wonder whether your customer is going to show it or drive it. Not making fun of them, I'm just saying.
That's a nice looking set up.

Hey Alex I put the SDHQ ABS guards on before the last trip and they've already paid for themselves. Super simple install so if you pick them up swing by and we'll get them on in 10 minutes or less:thumbsup:

if someone wanted to they could find your home address via your plate. IE: Piss off a forum member and they show up at your house. Everyone here seems mellow, but its a possibility

Do you recall doing PMCS on your vehicles downrange? I do.... :)! Dumping sand, dust and shit out of the air cleaners for days my friend!
39k invested in the truck, 20k with warranties, tax, insurance, & fees plus another 20k+ in upgrades = No small investment!
10,000 miles in the 3 months I've owned it.... Southern Utah, Idaho, Eastern Washington & Oregon, Northern California and beyond..... 2/3rds of the miles off the beaten trail....

Love the idea of a snorkel, not so much the idea of cutting a hole in the side of my truck! If it wasn't uni body I might go for it. Makes sense having for certain situations, dust, water crossings, ect., none of which really would apply to me now. Like the bad ass look though. If I ever get to retire in Northwest Co. I might do it. Know a couple places I fish in Routt County where it would come in handy.
