Wow its been crazy...Didn't really know what to expect being a first time home buyer and all but when I think I've got one thing done, next thing comes around...NOT complaining by no means cause I am VERY VERY thankful that we are even in a position to be going thru the process...I'm just sayin...lol

Thanks man!! I am definately looking forward to that day...I really didn't realize how much had to be done still until today...I am far behind schedule for the 29th closing date...But yes it will be worth it...lol I was standing in the back yard of the fenced in property today finding myself wonder which side of the back yard I would put my shop and my "man cave" on...lol...gotta love it!!

Another praise!! So ya know we got the inspection done yesterday!! Well the report came back today pretty good except of course the usual small things to be fixed but nothing in large measure...so got the appraisal ordered last night and they said it would be no sooner than 10-14 days...My agent called back today and said she was on her way to the house and I said for what? lol she said I don't know how its happened because I've never had it before but they are bout to do the appraisal right now and its been less than 20 hours since we ordered it lol...God works don't he!!

    Get a new realtor asap.

I posted this in response to the offer on your first house and then going above asking price. Realtor was in on this bigtime.

    Sorry for that one.

    Good Luck with this one!!

I wondered about that...She has been more than helpful with EVERYTHING that we've done BUT I honestly think it was the listing agent that was being shady...He acted wierd the whole time and was pissed that I already had an agent and wasn't going straight thru him...If I was, he would get 6% and since I didn't he was only getting 3% so I'm sure he had part in it...The family that got it was straight thru him...Surprise surprise...go figure...

Congrats! If it was meant to be, then it was meant to be. You cannot really control everything in life so you might as well not worry about the things you can't control. Enjoy the new house!
