yea Ive been thinking of putting the rear mud flaps back on too, but the fronts are just gonna get ripped off again wheeling if i put em back. 3m isn't a bad idea, won't be getting a paint job anytime soon though lol, been debating whether I should put vinyl along the lower half of the truck to save that a bit too... I miss my old paint before the pinstripes :pout:

Im a 99 so I dont have the holes and am kinda sheepish about drilling them haha but if they fit fine without then yeah probably
Yeah ive thought about that but overall you look to have alot less rock chips than I do but I probably drive on gravel more

should be ok without holes but Id put something behind the flare, some sort of rubber or something, because it'll make a nasty line through to the primer

My old side steps that came on it protected the rocker panels exceptionally well from rock chips. Perk of 33x1050s: they don't hit the front flaps, I don't wheel hard either though. Downside of 33x1050s: They don't look as special.

So, just bought a new spare tire to replace the factory 1999 spare that was still under my truck, and discovered some disadvantages to the 4x Innovations rear bumper, the way it’s made you can’t a-slide the factory spare tire crank under the tailgate because it won’t fit, and b-the way the hitch is designed, I don’t think it will fit a 31(you couldn’t get it out if you needed it even if it did fit). I had a 225 under it and it was like 2” from the end of the hitch. Guess I’m gonna have to figure something out for a spare tire mount

225/75r15? If so that should fit still. Just reread and saw the lifting it up and down part that sucks

it should fit as the 31" would only have ~1.5" larger radius if you can find out how to use the tire crank another thought would be do they offer swingouts for 4x?

I won’t even be able to crank it up. It’s not going to fit 33s anyway

have you talked to them to see what they say? Does it mention anything about having to relocate the spare on the site?

No but it is what it is. Everything is built for high clearance. The hitch is right behind the tire vs being low like a factory one
