    About 3 million square ft under roof. We have two feeders coming into a sub station, then two e-houses where we send 12.7 kV to our transformers at each machine. There we drop to 4160, 600, and 480v for or different systems.

    I do love the tomato pie, Roma's in Utica is the best ! Also Utica has the 2nd oldest pizza place in the whole United States.

    That is the best looking butt I have done. Nice bark, deep smoke ring, but it also came out super juicy and tender. I'm an amateur, though. Check out that smokers thread in Scott's sig if you really want something to sink your teeth into. :thumbsup:

    That's something they would never tell us. Cost of energy is a key factor in the paper business, and only a few would know that. It's a very competitive business. We are a private, family owned company and financials are never shared. Our bonuses have been very good, though. :D

    And then there's natural gas...
