Thanks, I was able to get some things done. Things are pretty much back to normal around here. There’s still a Ton of tree debris all along a lot of the roads that people drugged to the curb. It will take months to clean it all up.

 

Went out after work and sat till dark.
At about 10 minutes till 6, small doe, last year's skipper, walked out of the swamp in front of me. 25 yard broadside shot...I gave her a pass.
When I managed to dig my camera out of my pocket, she was 40 out and still very shootable.
just didn't feel like shooting this one and getting home at 9 or 10 and processing it all night or taking tomorrow off as it's going to warm up again.
Maybe next time...

Well, The Boss told me today I was gonna get a better truck. Its close to like the one I was looking at to buy. I will check it out and see, and if it works I won't buy a truck.
Getting ready to leave for Mohave road on Fri.
Bailey is growing and just a hurricane. The outside winds up inside and the inside winds up outside.
I remember one time with Casey, we couldn't find the remote. We finally found it outside in the middle of the yard.
So far the dog has permanently commandeered a pair of my old slippers. Ive come home twice to find my wifes shoes outside, and I dunno how she accomplishes that, cause she is locked out of the house during the day.
Last night she came screaming out of the bedroom with one of my wifes shoes, I grabbed it out of her mouth as she was going by me. And today she tried to steal one of my new slippers. Caught her as she was getting ready to go out the doggy door.
LOL.
She won't be going with me to Mohave road, cause my wife, who said,"this is your dog I don't want nothing to do with it" when we went and got it has decided "your not taking my little dog out in the desert. You'll let her run around and won't give a shit and a coyote or something will get her".

 

I get aggravated with the VA.
