    Same as @SC2SC but I’ve got the
    $82 D29XL Leaf Spring
    D29XL leaf added. I fixed my previous squeak with zip ties but didn’t do the same when the extra leaf went in. I’ll zip tie that leaf and knock the whole pack straight with a hammer (leafs have shifted and I’ve got some serious rubbing on the retainers) and it should be relatively quiet again.

    If I recall correctly, the Dakars came with bushings in one end; we had to install bushings on the other end. The squeak is coming from the leafs rubbing. A minor amount may come from the bushings- if any. I can see where the leafs rub- and there is no isolator there.

    Drives me nuts!
