    somewhat yes. but i can vouch for that sticker. I used to dirve it everyday in high school and its a bunch of dumbasses driving. Mainly tourists who dont know where they are going and old people. The speed limit is 45 and youll be lucky to do 35 at any given time. I could ramble on for days....
