    It's a pretty wide open place so you seldom run into people except for really popular trails. It's pretty isolated.

    You'll see a fair number of trail only trucks and a shocking number of VW based buggies for blasting up the hills. They are an...interesting crowd.

    Here's a Google Map of the best campsites. It sits up on a ridge that overlooks some trails below it. If you keep going farther back into the park and right, there is another good camp site in a quarry section that can be used too.

    WAAAAY bigger hills. (Remember "Mountain" in the name) Black Mountain itself is the highest point in the state of Kentucky. Not a "hill", but a MOUNTAIN. Way more rock than dirt...
