Does anyone know the model year cut-off for 2nd Gen headlights?

I've heard '05 - '11 are interchangeable. But also heard that it's actually '05 - '10 and that they started using different headlights in 2011.

 

I think 05-08 were chrome. 09-11 were darker. Is that what you were asking?

 

I was asking more about fit and mounting points . Are they the same across '05-'11?
Color doesn't matter in this case, since the seller is offering the headlights as a set.

 

My 2010 headlights are chrome and look the same as older models. I think.

 

You can buy brand new spares off rock auto.. I bought my 16inch spare for my truck brand new for 40$....

 

My 2010 are not chrome. They’re more of a gray chrome

 

Chances are mine are the same then! I just probably never noticed a difference haha

 

I think mounting points are the same. Up through 11. Same part numbers that I can find in a quick search at CamelBak

 

Yup. 2005-2011 is confirmed interchangeable by camelback and others. I called and left VM. Hopefully this pans out. Thanks again
