He could run 30psi on that setup. Just keep revs down for the head.

BTW, for all interested, I will be bypassing the stock rods and hyper pistons for forged chromoly rods and pistons!

I went through and bumped my fuel table up in my light cruise area since its been just a touch lean after about a full tank of e85 now. Any idea why my stft are dead nuts 0 and ltft are pretty lean still?

Ohh wait i'm thinking about a 4g63t motor. My bad. Mine dynoed over 400whp on stock long block and still kicking at 300k miles and over 10 years of abuse. Head was rebuilt just to install cams years back though.

You want a SS header and downpipe? Why? Or am I misunderstanding?

Looks like it has some black coating but obviously not sure of the quality. It's pretty cheap at $275 for downpipe plus manifold (less than my LCE header alone) so you could always replace it when it does rot. Or have it a ceramic coated before you install. Isn't that what @KirkRio did?

If the long term is lean, and the short term is 0, then its done all the adjusting it needs to, and is running off the set long term value. You are overall lean still. Bump that fuel up!

i assumed that but I also thought the stft would still show rich as it was trying to correct for the leaness, anyway back to the tables I go

@yota243 You want the sum of ST and LT trims to be 0. If you have a large LT you need to add fuel until your ST is the same magnitude but negative. I.e. way more fuel.
