<3 painting them right now. This isn't as easy as I anticipated.

No idea who it is :anonymous:

I'm just trying to be as precise as I can with cardboard. So far it's working!! And then I'll go over the rockers with a little acetone to get any overspray off. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone though, as this is very difficult to do a decent job.

I spray painted some tiki torches once in my driveway more than 50' from my car. Big mistake. :frusty:

When I was a young teenager I spray painted my minibike frame black in front of a open garage door where my dad's newly painted pearl white Harley was parked. I spent almost all day picking the black paint specs of his bike with my thumbnail. My dad was crazy when it came to that bike! He never did notice lol. I just told him that story like 10 years ago.

Once I was done painting my sliders I noticed a good bit of overspray. Some acetone on a microfiber and it came right up! I'll wax that spot tomorrow.

    Yawn...
I grabbed the gasket liquid sunglasses off of the Snap-On truck more than 1 yr ago. They said it was made with an alluminum alloy (which does contain nickel). It took some time, but my face started to react to the nickel content. In the trash that went (painful because it costs) and now it’s William Painter. Aviator shape and polarized. Titanium frame throws away any kind of allergy fear.

They also make a frame that pops open beer bottles for you. But that model is ugly.

I’m a contact wearer and it’s not that bad. I leave them out at night. There was only one instance where I needed to wake up and find out what a loud knocking noise was in the middle of the night - and those extra few seconds of gingerly placing contacts in, really sucked. LASIK someday...

Some WD40 and it'll wipe right up! I'm no better though. When I dipped my rear bumper I didn't mask off shit. There's white derp everywhere.

But with powder, you have a base that you can always touch up.

    Better corrosion resistance

Maybe, but I think it'd look bad with paint on top of powder.

I’ll have a set of P265/70r17 General Grabber AT2s with 30k on them for sale soon.

If anyone is interested. I think one has been professionally plugged when a finish nail got in it. No biggie. They should easily have 15k or more life left on them. They’ve never left the pavement.

$200 for TW? $250 for CL? That seem reasonable?

    Flat black rustoleum on everything
