    Eddie Aikau was a waterman (jack of all trades) from Hawaii. He was part of a group to restore an ancient polynesian boat and sail it to ancestral lands in the Pacific. Not far from Hawaii they ran into trouble and Eddie jumped ship on his surfboard to save the crew. Ironic thing is he was lost at sea while the rest of the crew was discovered later. He is a hero in Hawaii.


    Willing to bet the douche in the CRV (can also describe me :oops:) doesn't know that story. "Uhhh, he was like, a big wave surfer mannn"

    We put up stream gauge stations in super remote location and we talk about longevity in terms of vandalism.

    We have one that takes a hour drive from the closest gas station then a twenty minutes boat ride plus a twenty five minute hike and active looking to find.

    Somehow found five bullet holes in it.
