    No doubt. A lot of ppl start with the HF helmet and say how great it is, but jumping to a quality helmet instantly makes you a better welder. As you said, being able to see before, during and after the arc makes it so much easier to weld. When I go back to the HF helmet it's like welding blindfolded compared to my Lincoln helmet.
