I'm thinking of doing sliders first. my local 4WP has a set of 78" weld-/bolt-on sliders for like $300 plus tax. Only downside is they're bare so they'd need to be painted. I can do the mounting myself with some help from my old man. As far as after that though, I have no idea. Lights? Lift? Bed rack? Aftermarket skids? Too many things to do and not enough time or money.

Problem is all his targets are hurt/injury prone. He was looking mighty rusty in the first half of that jets game... and i’ve been a pats fan since before they were good.

 

Sliders are a consensus good first place to start. And bare metal seems to be the way to go. Rattle can them and easy to touch them up. Skids and lift next, if you plan to wheel anyway it seems, sliders, armour and then lift is the order.

Long term is what I'm looking at. Watson is on fire right now but Brady is Brady... Tough to decide. Gotta decide today (Thursday) so I'll be set for Sunday

Yeah that was my thought process. Already pretty much settled on what I want to do for armor as well so it really boils down to the "how the hell do I want to do this lift???"

I had a bologna sandwich from the convenience store.

 

I eat a salami sandwich every day/night/evening at work. I can’t hardly stand lunch meat anymore, but salami is ok. I also dont really like a huge meal, or reheat leftovers much while working. It makes me lazy.

 

I forgot I brought my leftovers to work lst night. Filled up on pistachios. fackkk

 

lol i only get to do this on the wednesday/thursday shift. my coworker and i go out and grill up whatever we want because we have a 3rd coworker that comes in on that day and isnt interested in participating in anything we do. so we leave him to cover the shift for an hour while we take our lunches and grill up some food.

 

That sounds like a great deal. I could easily make it home, have a quick sammich and make it back to work on break but prefer to relax there instead. I need to get better at bringing “healthier” food to work for my lunch but usually wake up too late, jump in the shower at 930, get my shit together and head out by 10.

We do potlucks very regularly for special occasions, birthdays, holidays, people’s work anniversaries, promotions etc.

 

our office does stuff like that all the time too but we never get any of it cuz no one cares about us night folks lol

 

Ours is self-sponsored through the people on our shift, our “company” also gives zero fucks about us overnighters. They pretend we don’t exist since we run a very tight ship and fly under the radar.

 

ah nice! theres only 3 of us to cover the week on the night shift and one guy wont participate for some reason lmao so really theres only myself and on other person to do anything about food. so we grill out a couple times a month haha
