Found this site from a different County...seems about the ball park I was quoted on the phone when I plugged in numbers.

Yeah those statutes are pretty standard most places. Chances of getting cited though...

But hopefully registration is cheaper away from the front range along with no emissions.

You could always register in Sterling :D

No emissions, and registering a brand new Lexus RX here was cheaper than registering a 3-year-old Camry in Greeley. 1.5% sales tax on a new car was great as well.

Any of you know where I might find a good red/orange whip flag? Seems all the UTV stores down here in the Springs have the same two piece one that barely stays together. First bump I feel like it would fall out. Worst case is I could glue it, but it's freaking long if I do lol. I wouldn't mind if it screwed together but this just pushes in lol.

    Copied into the BS thread.

I used my Odin Designs tent on four separate occasions last winter for camping, three of the times it was blowing snow in the evenings and over night. Glad to report that there was no snow in the tent and it held up great.

Well, it is a fabric tent, so insulation is pretty much out of the question, condensation was zero to none, even checked under the mattress after the first night and the condensation mat they sell did its job. Wind wise, it gave excellent protection. Going hunting tomorrow and we may get some weather up there so I can report back with findings fresh in my mind.

Great to hear that it handles wind and condensation pretty well. I've been trying to convince my wife that a RTT is the way to go, and warmth has always been a big factor for her. Too bad Odin Designs doesn't rent out their tents, it'd be good to take them for a test drive.

I took the wife to the mini expo meet we had last year, showed her the Odin and she bought it on the spot for me (Father day gift) and she is in love with it now. If you have a bed rack Id be willing to loan my tent out to you to give it a try, or if you want to use the trailer I have it on.

Payed about $200 for by BRZ, I got it used for $16k tho. My tacoma is a 98 and I think it was ~$70?
One of my good friends moved back from Texas recently, and apparently switching back to a CO license is a huge hassle? They want him to re-take a driving test and whatnot. He was pissed, so he just drove down to his parents' house this weekend to get his stuff renewed in Texas lol.

Oh man, that'd be great! Very kind of you to offer. I bought a KBVoodoo bedrack earlier this summer in anticipation of getting a RTT. I just might have to take you up. :) I don't want to inconvenience you though, so I'll check out rentals in the area first.
