Highly highly doubtful unless the block is cracked. Like Matt said as well, worst case (probably) is warped heads, best case head gaskets. Unless these dumbasses ran it till it litterally slung rods and fucked shit up.

 

right, I'm hoping for best case but we will find out. the girl said "it was my baby" so I'm hoping she took care of it, but just has no idea how to fix anything.

 

I'm thinking that's gonna be the case, but there is that chance she just kept driving it and sitting in Huntsville traffic until the think started knocking.

 

here's what her post said:

Car over heated in TN and we got it towed back to Huntsville. There could have been a couple different things to have caused it such as no oil from a leak, etc. Shes been sitting for a while now. Needs a new motor and the interior needs cleaning. Other than that there is no major damage to the car, period. The transmission is newer, low miles, and is perfectly fine. Aftermarket mirrors, heated seats, extra set of wheels (silver/gold original) & there's an extra set of smaller wheels from my 02 Impreza thrown in there you can scrap. That plastic trim part on the side that's not shown, is in the car - not broken just didn't put it back on.
Need to put air in the tires but they're fine.
Can either fix her up our part her out.

my thoughts too. We can gladly figure out a wheel situation too for the two cars, imo the fr-s wheels on mine now are hideous. Though, I believe they are the only 17s out of all of them....with brand new tires...

 

well were are slow at work, so in stead of drinking coffee and watchin youtube, I'm patching cracks in concrete seriously needed more than 1 sammie today for lunch

I have some ulticlips for a couple pocket holsters I have coming up, and my wife has some hand knitting yarn/rope stuff. I have a roll of neoprene for a possible holster build, and then I have an AEM wide band gauge to see if my factory wideband may be lying to me
