Not a big fan of the 3Rd Gens (mainly because of the front end on them) but I do like that color.

I never thought I'd understand the mall-crawler way of life...I've had my 2015 for about 3 months and I've already washed it twice lol. All my first gens were on a bi-annual cleaning regimen

Are there any metro Atlanta Tacoma owners who are proficient at car stereo installation? Next month, I plan to replace the awful front speakers in my access cab and add an amp. A simple task for some, but beyond my skill level. Let's barter with your favorite beer or cash, either one.

well it's official. I took my truck by my mechanic today and, they confirmed that my clutch is indeed going bad. which sucks, because my wife is awesome and gave her blessing for me to go 35's and regear. This clutch replacement is big $$$ that I was not foreseeing, especially this early in my truck's life. So my options for a replacement clutch, are 1. LCE 2. center force, and last and certainly not least, is 3. URD.

    A really BIG OUCH :frusty:

BTW, saw that you were interested in the nitro gear group buy. Are you going through with it? I'm curious if one comes out ahead in the group buy after they pay a gear shop, or is it cheaper to go through ECGS and buy the built sets?

I normally wash once a week, full wash and waterless wash inbetween. If I have a show it will take me roughly 10 hours of detail time. I just like a clean truck, but mine is still a daily driver right now. Mall crawler per say, but I like to play too

Any of y'all rock the 2.7L engine? Saw a 3rd gen with the 2.7 for sale and it's been in my head lately. Pretty much a base model except 4wd. But it's relatively cheap and has a bed. I have the 4.0 V6 now but don't tow much, just mainly carry stuff in the bed. But even that isn't too often anymore.

Insurance company is apparently going to destroy me on a V6 TRDOR like I'd originally planned, but wondering if they'll give me a break if I get a base model 4WD with the 2.7, assuming driving it daily won't be annoying.
