I really like that bed storage. Is your gas tank still in the stock location?

Anyone got a good starting point for tuning bypasses? Dmz sua with 2.5" triples valved at 15/10. Gonna head out tomorrow and try to dial them in, just looking for a good starting point to get me in the area that I should be and I'll fine tune from there

My doors are the only stock things left besides the headlights
Crank the little comp tube all the way in, rebound open all the way and big comp open all the way and creep it in each run... u might want to revalue the rebound to 8's or the big shim a 10 and the rest 8's

Thanks  no revalving just yet, but that's what I was looking for as a starting point. I know my bump stop pressure is probably too high, and I don't have access to nitrogen to adjust it, so I may start with the short tube not quite all the way in and see how it does.

Trying to get all the nonsense working with the rear axle swap. Anyone got a link to any threads going over VSC/Trac/ABS removal/disabling and moving the speed sensor on the autos up to the transfer case? I found Wyatt’s thread on the speed sensor but nothing else all that great.

Don't buy wyatts sensor. His customer service sucks, just buy the speed sensor online for 18 bucks, the right gear for your tire size/gear ratio and a connector. Just power, ground, and splice into the abs module I think yellow with red stripe but I'll have to double check. Mine didn't work with wyatts, finally got ahold of him and he said he would send me a new sensor and I probably just got a bad one. Never got anything and he wouldn't return my calls/emails. Just put a new sensor on but still doing steering swap so hopefully it's fixed. Also make sure you have the gear in your tcase I had to add one

Badass man thanks for the info. BTW I finally got around to calling Solo, they are shipping their modified Tundra racks for anyone who is interested. Let me know how your turns out, that will be my next purchase!

If I didn't have a plasma cutter I think I would of been suicidal. Just gotta weld in the new mounts and should be ready to roll

Without a transfer case there isn’t much you can do. It sucks

Luckily I’ve got a 4x4 I guess. I need to check and see if it has the port on the transfer case to mount the VSS. What have you been doing with yours since you swapped the axle?

Really? That'd be way easier. Just need the hose and no loss chuck

An air chuck works just fine if you have a regulator

I guarantee you have the port. Having the gear inside is a crap shoot

Might have to try it in the morning before really tuning tomorrow. Just did a night run at short comp 10turns in, long comp 3turns in and rebound full out. Bumps at 150 and it felt pretty damn good. Want to drop the bumps to about 100 and then maybe tune it from there

FJ bearings so it has the port for the abs sensor and tone rings. So at least the tranny shifts right and speedo works.
