Is Sleepy Creek the one in West Virginia?? Because honestly, if no one is down to do the Flagpole, I am willing to piggyback onto someone else's trip! Let's just say I am desperate to enjoy what's left of the weather in the truck I JUST got.

Yeah, it's the place in WV! I wouldn't take a stock truck there though. I managed to slice open my sidewall on some beefy tires aired down. At the least I'd recommend a lift and tires before trying it.

Well damn, that is discouraging but understandable. Gotta wait for those adds. Thanks for the photo though, that looks pretty tight down there.

You know Ive been so busy and have so much going on I havent really paid much attention. I know they are falling for sure so I would imagine they are changing. I will be sure to take note on sunday when the wife and I head out to the trails.

LOL I mean I am down for anything, but if it is a brutal trail, then I cannot risk my only DD car.....

I wouldn't risk it. Your biggest issue out there would be tires. You'd have a hard time traction wise, and you'd be pretty prone to getting a flat.

I liked it alot more than flagpole. There were bypasses around the obstacles that we saw. We didnt get too far down the trail though, so who knows.

That does look pretty dense for the daily man. If I was rich enough I would say yes.....But I would love to go on a trip.

Hey man speaking of sidewall punctures, did you by chance pay attention to how thick the sidewall is on the st maxx's when you sliced yours? I was pulling out of the driveway today and in of the tread lugs on the sidewall of my rear tire caught the metal on the storm drain beside the driveway. It partially ripped it and sliced down into it. I would say its probably 3/8 inch into it. So far its holding air I am just curious as to how close it is to going all the way through. This sucks BALLS cause I dont even have 5,000 miles on them yet. I am thinking about having the shop switch it out with my spare and use this one as my spare now.

Damn man, that really sucks. And no, I didn't take that good of a look. It was decently thick, for what that's worth. I must've caught a pretty sharp rock.

Yea..I feel like I would be ok but dont really want to chance it blowing out running down the interstate. Think I might just swing by the shop right down the road on monday and see what they say.

Stock OR with the Wrangler AT Kevlar whatevers that come with the package. Just got the truck less than a month ago. Havent heard much about them, but they dont look like theyd be any good for mud.

I'd probably just keep that one as a full sized trail spare so you're not risking a blowout.

The Wrangler AT can't be that bad can they? Also, it did come with a full spare, and I got sliders coming as well, plus a hitch receiver, shackle and recovery strap and MaxTrax and I have an e-tool, an air compressor and a portable jumpstart kit, hatchet and branch saw.
