So I did an experiment. Got tired of jimmy dean sausage biscuits with 50 grams of fat or so, so I made my own.
Couldn't find egg rings for skillet so I used this

    Bacon ... IN :hungry:

So yesterday Kristi’s mom is cooking bacon, she picks up the kitchen scissors as the bacon is cooking and proceeds to snip the little humped edges that make the bacon curl up as it cooks ... just little snips to make it lay flat and cook more evenly ...
    :boom:

Brilliant and made perfect sense after I thought about it. I’m almost 53yo and can’t believe I’d never noticed that before or thought to do it. She said she learned it 50 some odd years ago from her mother in law (Kristi’s dad’s mom).

    Dam I'm tired.
Heard crashing in the woods. Didn't see anything. So decided to go after it.
Must have walked about 5 miles over and back looking for something. NADA..
So came home and installed a flood light on the porch. Then did half of the shed wiring.
Wiring all done. Just need to install fixtures. Installed a wet use cover on the outside for the cord to the shed. Now to get to the shop and sand and prime the truck frame.

I've been keeping my eyes open for a bacon/hamburger press. They're out there, I guess.I just haven't wanted one bad enough.

Of course you know, thick cut bacon doesn't curl like store bought thin stuff...

    Small useful for me stuff.

In my jurisdictions all metal piping is to be bonded to the size of circuit likely to energize it. That depends basically to what is feeding to equipment the piping is connected to. If there is any CSST then it must be bonded to manufacture specs which is typically a #6. Waters lines get #4.
