They stopped doing it for some reason. Probably a liability issue or something.

Do you folks think that siping's all that helpful? I did it one year, I didn't think it made a whole bunch of a difference.

2/5 stars after siping my KM2s. Did it help? A little. Did they go from poor in the snow to good in the snow? No

I siped my BFG TA KO's years ago, and they may have performed a little better on ice. If they did, it wasn't by a huge amount.

I found them to perform okay in deep snow and in fresh powdery snow, they just suck tremendous donkey balls when its like 3" of stuff that has been driven on and is packed down. Air down, use 4wd, keep your momentum up and leave plenty of space to stop. If you happen to stop on a moderate/steep incline I could never get going in 2wd, back tires just spin, traction control kicks in, and you go nowhere.

On the plus side, you'll be able to do some killer burnouts and donuts.

The best thing to do to make them perform well in winter conditions, is to sell them and let someone else deal with those crap bro tires. :)

There's probably a reason they were that cheap. Be safe out there.
