    Yeah I cut them into 1”-1.5” strips before marinating it. You can probably do 2” strips too. Damn that does sound like it’ll make a good breakfast burrito. Need to try that lol!

    I usually do it overnight (really just because I prefer prepping it the day prior so it's not as much work when I'm ready to eat lol). I'm sure 2-3 hours would really be plenty.

    Yea cant get away from good old home cooking.With all the different cultures here all kind different grinds .Lots of stuffs on here want to try too.
    Yea liked to find a real pipikaula reciepe. Not the one they make with short ribs .If do let you know for sure :thumbsup:
