    These bolts won't come loose? They are torqued to 118ft/lb, Righty Tighty-Lefty Loosey, I've never heard of them getting seized up.

    Ah. The LCA bolts just need loosened enough for the arm to swing down. If the arms won't swing the bolts/adjusters are seized. You can use a long pry bar to pull the arm down but the bolts/adjusters need replaced.
